More ramp closures are coming to I-65 Friday. The Indiana Department of Transportation says the ramps from 61st Avenue to southbound I-65 will be closed for 20 days. Drivers are being asked to enter at U.S. 30 instead. Meanwhile, the ramp from southbound I-65 to 61st will be closed for four days starting Friday.

Motorists using westbound I-80/94 can expect a new traffic pattern starting Thursday evening. The Indiana Department of Transportation says the two left lanes will not have access to the exits at Cline Avenue, Kennedy Avenue, Indianapolis Boulevard, and Calumet Avenue. Drivers who want to use those exits will have to be in the two right lanes before Burr.

The closure on State Road 55 near Crown Point is scheduled to switch to the southbound lanes Wednesday. The Indiana Department of Transportation says the southbound lanes will be closed for concrete restoration from U.S. 231 to 137th Avenue, weather-permitting.

The closure of State Road 2 in Porter County is moving to the next phase. As soon as Friday, the intersection with Horse Prairie Avenue/Smoke Road will mostly reopen, but the Indiana Department of Transportation says minor work will continue in the northeast corner.

On I-94, watch for lane closures in LaPorte County, starting Tuesday. The Indiana Department of Transportation says the right lane and shoulder will be closed in both directions in two places: just east of U.S. 421 and just west of the Indiana Welcome Center.

Cline Avenue will be down to one lane in each direction starting Monday, between U.S. 20 and 169th Street/15th Avenue.

On I-65, watch for overnight lane closures between I-80/94 and U.S. 30. The Indiana Department of Transportation says crews will be repairing the pavement and setting up the new traffic patterns.

A portion of State Road 212 in LaPorte County will be closed for culvert replacement starting Monday. The Indiana Department of Transportation says the highway will be closed between Warnke Road and Pueblo Street. Once that's done, it will be closed between Fryer and Tryon roads. The project is scheduled to wrap up in late June.
