The U.S. Supreme Court recently overturned Roe v. Wade declaring that the constitutional right to abortion, upheld for nearly a half century, no longer exists. Legal experts say the court's decision will pose new questions for other courts to deal with – questions about how to apply the specific language of the final ruling to individual state laws.
