Today: When Black-owned businesses fail, it hurts the entire community. Among the reasons that many Black-owned businesses fail include lack of financial literacy. We bring back our conversation with Dr. Anton Lewis, an associate professor of accounting at Valparaiso University as he shared the importance of equitable racial representation to improve the viability of all small businesses.
