Today: Ty Warner, the executive director of the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission, is on "Regionally Speaking" to review the organization's 2021 annual report, which includes some major transportation projects like the 109th Street corridor between Crown Point and Winfield, environmental projects like continued "brownfield" rehabilitation in Hammond and Gary and the ongoing effort to complete the Marquette Greenway.

Today: Valparaiso University humanities & Christian ethics professor Thomas Howard is on "Regionally Speaking" to talk about the new initiative: “Valpo on the Brink: Rethinking Mission, History and Identity at a Lutheran University.” He is the leader of the six-member group which is conducting the studies within the initiative. Their final reports are planned to be completed by March 1st, 2024.

"William L. Johnson Black Film Festival" director Dr. Vernon Smith talks about the three-day event which begins with a student screening of student films on Friday and continues with independent films on Saturday and two features on Sunday.
