Meet Pamela Strong, our Membership Assistant extraordinaire at Lakeshore Public Media! By day, she's the voice behind our customer service lines, ensuring our members receive top-notch assistance via phone and email. With a knack for organization, Pamela dives into data entry, tracking program updates, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

Before joining our team, Pamela's career journey took her through various roles, from a decade-long stint as a Social Worker for the Department of Children and Family Services to serving as a Customer Representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield's Medicare Market. She even flexed her organizational skills as a Coordinator in a Women's Day Shelter's Food Pantry.

Armed with not one but three degrees—a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting, a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, and another in Management/Project Management—Pamela is a powerhouse of talent and knowledge.

When she's not busy at work, you'll find her unwinding with her favorite hobbies: making us laugh, creating/crafting, whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen (thank you, Pam), and indulging in well-deserved relaxation.
