The pandemic has been a stressful time for most of us, and a lot of people experiencing anxiety and depression might be feeling it for the first time.

When you’re feeling anxious, or depressed, or lethargic, how do you know when to take action? There are unhealthy ways to address mental health, but the correct answer isn’t always obvious.

We spend the hour talking to mental health experts about what these things feel like, why they happen to us, and what can be done to help.

Produced by Drew Daudelin.
