All IN: Vote By Mail

Provided

Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Utah have all adopted some form of comprehensive vote by mail policy. In many cases voter participation increased, and costs went down due to fewer staff being needed for traditional polling places, not to mention shorter wait times at polling sites.

Is Indiana ready for a new voting system? We talk to vote by mail advocates and experts about what it would take to implement the policy here, and what it would mean for voters.

Produced by Matt Pelsor.
