School of Medicine adjunct professor and opthamologist David Gross talks about the importance of "Healthy Vision Month" and Clarence Hulse, executive director of the Michigan City Economic Development Corp., join us with news of a partnership with Purdue Extension in LaPorte County on a study that will lead to solutions about the community's "food deserts." There are two neighborhoods in Michigan City where there are no stores that sell fresh, wholesome food.
