HAMMOND- For students making the transition from Middle School into High School; Bishop Noll Institute is hosting an entrance exam at 8 a.m. Saturday, January 23 at the school at 1519 Hoffman St. in Hammond.
According to Bishop Noll's director of admissions, Jeff Stur, the entrance exam is the first step in the admissions process for all 8th graders who have not taken the entrance exam and are interested in attending Bishop Noll.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, seats for this exam are limited. Parents must pre-register their child on the Bishop Noll website.
In order to be eligible for one of Bishop Noll’s entrance exam scholarships, prospective students must have already taken the test or take it on January 23rd.
The deadline to register for the entrance exam is Wednesday, January 20th. Walk-ins on the day of the exam will not be accepted.
On the day of the exam, if the prospective student taking the exam has recently come in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or is waiting to receive a COVID-19 test result, or is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms on the morning of the exam, please keep them at home. The school will reschedule the student's entrance exam date.
