Identity Services Now Offered at the South Shore CVA

IdentoGO

HAMMOND - The Indiana Welcome Center in Hammond is now offering state and federal identity services.

Erika Dahl, Director of Communications for the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority says the South Shore CVA was approached by a company called IdentoGO, that was looking for new office space.

The South Shore CVA went into talks with the company in the later half of 2019 and has been offering the various identity services since this past June.  Dahl says the services are offered Monday through Thursday by appointment.

"It's digital fingerprinting, you can come and get a TSA pre-check and enrollment now at the Indiana Welcome Center.  There's a lot of other businesses and industry that use the same service, there's something called TWIC, and that's a Transportation Worker Identification Credential, HAZMAT, I'm sure a lot of people are familiar with HAZMAT," Dahl says. "We do have other organizations, healthcare employees, there's teachers that might need to identify themselves at a higher level for their employment."

IdentoGO Centers provide Live Scan fingerprinting services that may be required by a government agency or for employment. Trained enrollment agents ensure paperwork is in order, take fingerprints and process the request quickly. Results are returned within days.

Other fingerprinting services include adoption, banking, child care, construction industry, financial services, health care and more.

IdentoGo employees are trained for maximum efficiency and accuracy and employees undergo comprehensive background checks. Employees also receive on-going training.

Appointments can be scheduled at www.identogo.com or by calling 1-844-321-2124.
