Today: Northwest Indiana activist Ruth Needleman is in the studio to give some updates on local topics of concern, including illegal immigration -- but she also talks about the upcoming city and town primary elections and offers questions she thinks should be asked of the candidates for mayor or council. Brent Kent of the non-profit "Indiana Connected By 25" reviews the findings of the first-ever report on foster youth education outcomes, and some of the findings are disappointing as to how well young people in the state's foster care cystem are doing in school.
