Today:    The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission holds its field hearing on NIPSCO's electric rate case in Hammond on March 11th --  so we call upon Anthony Swinger of the Office of Utility Consumer Counselor to explain what the IURC is considering, ahead of the public hearing at Hammond High School's auditorium.  We have another edition of "Green Fleet Radio," supported by South Shore Clean Cities.  Host Carl Lisek talks with University of Notre Dame's sustainability director.  And Lorelei Weimer with Indiana Dunes Tourism talks about the reaction to the renaming of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and the popular lakefront destination becoming an official National Park.
