Leigh Morris, a veteran northwest Indiana government and community official and Whiting Mayor Joe Stahura are in the studio along with Susan Duncan of the League of Women Voters Calumet Area, to talk about the grassroots campaign to encourage town and city councils across the state to get their legislators to support redistricting reform.
So far, 25 city and town councils in the Region have signed onto to a resolution encouraging the General Assembly to change its method of creating boundaries for legislative districts.
