Gaming Analyst Looks At Potential Impact Of Indian Casino

Photo Provided

The Pokagon Band of Potowatomi Indians is planning to open its newest casino in northern Indiana in 2018, and officials across the state are already concerned about the economic impact that it will have.

"Indiana Gaming Insight" newsletter editor-publisher Ed Feigenbaum was on "Regionally Speaking" on Wednesday to talk about it --  he began the conversation with a historical note: in 2007, the tribe opened the Four Winds Casino Resort across the state line in Michigan and not far from Michigan City's Blue Chip Casino.

Chris Nolte produces and hosts “Regionally Speaking” aired weekdays from noon to 1:00 p.m. He's also the temporary local "Morning Edition" host.
