Today: We find out more about Thursday afternoon's 10th Annual Diversity Business Job Fair and Symposium, to be held at Avalon Manor in Merrillville.  The event is free and open to the public.  The event coordinator is "Times" classified ad manager Roxanne Olejnik. 

Sports writer Mike Lopresti interviewed LaPorte High School baseball coach Ken Schreiber about his scores of winning baseball teams and his career for a recent online article. We talk with Mike about the coach and how Schreiber and some of his colleagues created Indiana's high school baseball championship tournament structure.

Indiana Public Broadcasting's Nick Janzen reports on the continuing efforts of East Chicago residents who are demanding that they have a voice in how their lead and arsenic-contamination neighborhood is being cleaned up -- even though a federal court judge's rejected their request.

And "CounterPoint" public television host Garrard McClendon and his guests take up the topic of the Trump administration's proposed budget cuts for arts programs and the impact of those cuts on northwest Indiana.
