The program awards regional campus faculty members who use multidisciplinary efforts to address complex challenges to their communities.
Jan O'Neill with the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Population Health Institute joins us to talk about the latest Indiana county health rankings, posted online at countyhealthrankings.org. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Population Health Institute work together on this project, to provide a snapshot of the health of all Americans, including residents of northwest Indiana.
