Steve Coxhead, the president of the Indiana Passenger Rail Alliance, joins us to offer his views on the news that Iowa Pacific is relinquishing its role as equipment provider for Amtrak's Hoosier State Line passenger rail service on February 28th and turning it back over to Amtrak. The change will not affect ticketed riders of the Chicago-to-Indianapolis service which includes stops in Dyer and Rensselaer. Coxhead says it's a business-related decision on Iowa Pacific's part.
