Join us for another Learn with Lakeshore event on July 21st from 11-4 pm at Bellaboos Children Play & Discovery Center (2800 Colorado St, Lake Station, IN. 46405). Last year, we had over 500 attendees, 15 nonprofit organizations with tables and activities plus the PNC Mobile Learning Adventure.

The PNC Mobile Learning Adventure (MLA), is an educational exhibit that encourages children and caregivers to engage in unique, interactive activities to fuel early learning. The exhibit includes a variety of activities, including an opportunity for children to imagine their future careers.

Costume character Super Grover from Seseame Street will be joining the fun! Kids are more then welcome to come say hi and take their photo with Grover himself!

Another very successful Learn with Lakeshore event is in the books! We were beyond excited to see the turnout yesterday. Learn with Lakeshore provides families with interactive experiences that promote early learning and childhood development, along with valuable resources and information for parents and caregivers. Attendees had have the opportunity to engage with representatives from various nonprofit organizations and enjoy activities for all ages.

The event provided valuable information about community resources, featuring booths from a variety of local nonprofits. These organizations included:

Learn with Lakeshore | BellaBoo's 2023

It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood at our Learn with Lakeshore event!

We celebrated early childhood learning with an evening of activities at BellaBoo's Children's Play & Discovery Center with friends, family, and the community.

Thanks to our nonprofit partners, there was learning for all ages! Parents and caregivers learned about available resources throughout the Region. Resources involving health and wellness, education, food security, and more!
