$130 per couple (1 ticket admits 2 adults)
This is a 21 years old and up ONLY event.

Get ready to launch into love on the Lunar Surface as you and your partner are tasked with the mission to mend two rovers' love connection!
This lovely evening includes:
-A 1-hour Mission to the Moon
-Dinner & Drinks presented by Byway Brewing Company
-Guide to the Night Sky & more in our planetarium!
-Sweet Treats for dessert provided by Albanese Candy Factory

Note: This is a 21 years old and above ONLY event. We will be serving alcoholic beverages, so adults under the age of 21 cannot be served or admitted.
*Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets can only be purchased on our website at www.clcnwi.com.

Do YOU have old parts you’re looking to sell? Selling at the Midwest Old School Show exposes your products to hundreds of bike enthusiasts under one roof!! If you are looking for parts or bikes this is the place to be. You can also Show your bikes for a chance to win a Legendary trophy! JOIN US AS WE CELEBRATE THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY!

If you plan on selling or vending, please reserve your spot now. Tables are pre-register only which means NO table sales the day of show. YES, we do sell out of spots quick! Registration closes February 12th or when spots sell out whatever comes first. No food or drink vendors will be allowed.
THERE WILL BE NO VENDOR SPOTS AVAILABLE THE DAY OF THE SHOW. PERIOD!
VENDOR SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE ONLY.
NO more blocking the walk area between the tables and show bikes. If YOU cannot fit your products in your area or on your table, YOU will be asked to take it back outside.

IF YOU reserved a table /vendor spot and have a special request on where you would like to be set up PM me or email arn02@msn.com and We will do our best to accommodate you.
~~~BIKE REGISTRATION ~~~ is $10 online or $15 day of show, so please pre-register your bikes to save money and avoid the lines the day of the show. You do not have to enter your bike in order to show it off, you must enter to win a trophy.
To avoid confusion please make sure your bike is in the right class, if you don’t know please ask.

PRE-ORDER: A SHOW SHIRT ONLINE, If YOU don’t pre-order they will be first come first serve day of the show. ONCE THE ARTWORK IS COMPLETE A SHIRT PIC WILL BE ADDED.

Door open at 7:30 am EST to set up bring your own chairs and bike stands. Stands will be for sale in registration.
THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT Indiana hasn’t passed any marijuana laws and it is still illegal in this state. If you have a card or no card it’s not allowed.
Most importantly have respect for others as they will for you and everyone will have a good time.

No refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event the show cannot be held a new date will be set ASAP.

The 46th Annual Il Grande Carnevale celebration, hosted by the Italian Community Center, will be held on February 22nd. Doors open at 6:11 PM, with complimentary champagne aperitif and passed hors d'oeuvres to begin the evening. At 7:11 PM, enjoy a sit-down dinner by Bartolotta's Catering, with a choice of Braised Short Ribs (boneless short ribs, baby carrots, and Yukon potato puree, GF) or Pasta Pomodoro (penne pasta with fresh tomato, garlic, olive oil, basil, and grated parmesan cheese). The meal includes a Caesar salad and Flourless Chocolate Cake (GF). Indulge in Italian desserts at the sweets table at 9:11 PM. Throughout the night, participate in a silent online auction, wine & spirits pull, and compete for a cash prize for the best costume and mask, all while dancing to live entertainment by Enzo Scarano and Stella Raimondi. A cash bar will be available for drinks throughout the evening. Dress to impress in semi-formal attire for a night filled with fun, food, drinks, and dancing. Member price: $70, non-member price: $85.
