The Juniors will have the pleasure of being on the “Midwest Beat” with Tom Lounges on Lakeshore Public Radio - 89.1 FM 1pm-3pm. Tune in to hear talk about their upcoming show at the HSNI Critter Ride at Valpo Harley next Sun. May 30th to benefit homeless and abused animals. They will also be playing a couple tunes live on air!

Tom Lounges has been a radio personality and music journalist since 1979. For the last 43 years, Tom has been reporting on entertainment as a weekly music columnist and feature writer for The Times newspaper.

Lakeshore Public Radio 89.1FM, initially known as The Lakeshore 89.1FM, first hit the airwaves across Northwest Indiana on January 19, 2010. The station was created after the board of directors for Lakeshore Public Media, which also operates our sister station Lakeshore PBS, saw the need for regional access to a public radio station in order to provide localized up-to-the-minute news and information for NW Indiana residents.
