JIMMY FORTUNE toured, sang and performed with the legendary STATLER BROTHERS for 21 years and wrote or co-wrote several of the group's biggest hits, including “Elizabeth,” “My Only Love,” “Too Much On My Heart," “Forever," and “More Than a Name on the Wall.”
After the Statler Brothers retired in October 2002, Jimmy seized the opportunity to launch a solo career to share new music with his fans and has released a series of solo albums -- "When One Door Closes," "I Believe," "Feels Like Christmas," “Windows,” “Lessons” and “Hits and Hymns.”
His new album -- "Jimmy Fortune Sings The Classics" -- was released in Spring 2017and pairs Fortune's unique voice to a dozen popular hit songs written by the likes of Lennon/McCartney, John Denver, Ray Price, and Michael Martin Murphy, among others.
