Grammy Winner & Country Legend LARRY GATLIN Talks About Career -- Then AND Now!

This edition of “A LOOK AT THE ARTS with Tom Lounges” on FRIDAY, JUNE 2, 2017

Guest:  Country Music Icon - LARRY GATLIN

Iconic country star LARRY GATLIN  performs two shows at Munster's Theatre At The Center on Ridge Road on Saturday, June 10, at 3:00pm and 7:30pm, respectively.  More: www.theatreatthecenter.com.

For over 60 years, LARRY GATLIN has been writing and performing across the globe and spent the years 1976 to 1992 touring with his brothers Steve and Rudy, and also frequently paired with country music queen Dottie West.

Gatlin wrote all the Gatlin Brothers hits and also penned songs for such top talents as Elvis Presley, Glen Campbell, Barbara Streisand, Johnny Cash, Charlie Rich, Roy Orbison and Kris Kristofferson, to name a few.

This program is a great conversation with this country music legend and features several of his songs -- several hits and a few deeper cuts.   Enjoy!

Tom Lounges has been a radio personality and music journalist since 1979. For the last 43 years, Tom has been reporting on entertainment as a weekly music columnist and feature writer for The Times newspaper.
