TOPIC: The new PRIDE OF LIONS album -- "Fearless."
This edition of "MIDWEST BEAT with Tom Lounges" program featured the welcome return of iconic Chicago songwriter/musician JIM PETERIK to the Lakeshore Radio Studio. The focus of the program was to spotlight the songs from the fifth and latest full length album ("FEARLESS") from Peterik's long-running melodic rock group, PRIDE OF LIONS, which also features Northwest Indiana-born and bred vocalist TOBY HITCHCOCK. Three tracks from the new album are heard on this show.
Jim also spent his time chatting with host TOM LOUNGES about songwriting, being a brand new grandfather, his family, and some of his other musical projects -- past and present. Jim picked up his acoustic guitar and played a few classic Peterik-penned songs to the delight of a small audience of invited guests.
