This week’s guest on “A LOOK AT THE ARTS with Tom Lounges” is internationally famous Irish Singer/songwriter/actor — DAMIAN McGINTY — who is best known for his reoccurring role on the hit television series, “GLEE,” and as a member of the popular CELTIC THUNDER group who tour worldwide and have been featured in their own special on PBS-TV.
Currently on a break from the Celtic Thunder tour that had him performing in over 75 cities this summer and fall, McGINTY has just kicked of his solo holiday theater tour for his debut full length album — “THIS CHRISTMAS TIME!” — from which several song selections are heard on this week’s program.
The multi-talented artist talks with host Tom Lounges about his successes, his new album and the 10 date Holiday tour bringing him to THE STAGE 773 in Chicago on DECEMBER 14th and to THE ACORN THEATER in Three Oaks, Michigan on DECEMBER 15th.
