Women make up about 30% of all state legislators in the country. That number has been rising over the last few years, and the 2020 election brought in record numbers for the representation of women. But how does Indiana fit in?
Today we talk about women in Indiana politics. We talk to a state representative, a former mayor and a township trustee about their experiences, and get some advice for anyone interested in running for office.
We also learn about an upcoming event focused on educating women about the political system.
