The South Shore Line is adjusting service, due to Lollapalooza.
Thursday through Sunday, train service will be replaced by buses all the way from Dune Park to South Bend. There will be no service to Hudson Lake during that time, and bikes will not be allowed on the bus.
On Thursday and Friday, an extra eastbound train will leave Millennium Station at 10:40 p.m., stop at Van Buren at 10:43, and make all local stops from Hegewisch to Gary Metro Center. On Saturday and Sunday, extra trains making the same stops will leave Millennium Station at 6:00 and 10:55 p.m.
