Bridge work on Burr Street over I-80/94 moves into its second phase Thursday.
The right lanes of Burr will be closed in each direction between 25th and 29th avenues, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation. The ramp from eastbound 80/94 to northbound Burr will be closed.
The bridge deck overlay project is expected to continue through late August.
