Wind Chill Warning Past, Frigid Temperatures Remain

Though wind has moved from northerly arctic air to southerly, more moderate temperatures, cold air remains below freezing, with a chance for light snow.  Meteorologist Matt Wintz says chances for more snow, then rain, increase as the weekend arrives.
