Weather Changes Some South Shore Rail to Buses Tomorrow
January 7, 2014 by Jerry Howard
The South Shore commuter rail service says tonight that it is changing its January 8 regularly scheduled train service tomorrow from Michigan City to Chicago.
NICTD says passengers will be bused between South Bend and Michigan City; there is no bus service from Hudson Lake.
It says eastbound (EB) Train 401 and westbound (WB) Trains 422 and 424 will not be bused.
NICTD says it regrets the inconvenience caused by the weather-related service suspension, apologizing for any inconvenience.
