“Veterans Truth” Getting Told
September 3, 2013 — “Service members are willing to give their lives for their country, but they should not have to give their souls.”
That’s the message of a Hammond man who’s trying to prepare the region for a return of Hoosier servicemen in the near future.
Reservist Antonio Daggett understands veterans issues, including post traumatic stress disorder. He’s a veteran, a Colonel, a chaplain and a father of active-duty military personnel. He’s also president and chief executive officer of Veterans Truth.
He talked with Jodi Juhl on “Lakeshore News Tonight” to explain the role of the Region in acclimating returning servicemen. Click to watch.
