State Fair ‘Flip Book’ Commemorates Coliseum History

INDIANAPOLIS – Hoosiers will have a new way to look at history with an online history book focused on one of the fair’s main attractions – The Coliseum.
The theme of the 2014 Indiana State Fair is the “Year of the Coliseum” in celebration of renovations that were completed earlier this year. The renovation was the biggest project in fairgrounds history. It took 18 months and cost $63 million.
To see to the changes, the fair has posted a 92-page digital flip-book, where Hoosiers can see the 75-year history of the coliseum. The online history book feature photos and events from the past.
