Ritz Tells Governor His New Agency Creating Conflict Between Her And State Board Of Ed

Regionally Speaking Host Steve Walsh talks to Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz about her meeting with Indiana Governor Mike Pence and the on-going conflict with the state School Board.  Ritz said she told the governor the source of the rift is the governor’s new Center for Education and Career Innovation. She also supports bringing in the National Association of State Boards of Education to mediate.

A new study finds that in some ways Indiana’s Workmen’s Compensation is more expensive than other states.
