Lake County Superior Court Judge John Sedia ruled Indiana’s 2012 Right To Work law unconstitutional last week, based on a lawsuit filed in February 2013 by the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150 and AFL-CIO. The Lakeshore’s Steve Walsh talked to Dave Fagen, financial secretary for the union and later Mark Maassel, president of the Northwest Indiana Forum.

Also on the show, several legislative committees are meeting in Northwest Indiana this week. We talk about Indianapolis’ view of the Region. We’ll also spoke with  House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Tim Brown, about healthcare and the shoring up state’s lingering high unemployment.
