Today: A conversation with Highland attorney Bill Fine, who is stepping down from his private law practice to become the next Indiana Utility Consumer Counselor. Governor-Elect Eric Holcomb appointed Fine to the post to take over for David Stippler, who retired effective Jan. 1st. Fine says he’s looking forward to this new career opportunity.
