Coming up today on the show, we’ll look at a report which shows how Indiana handles its growing population of homeless children. The state does some things right but it’s not enough to stop homelessness in Indiana from being ranked among the bottom half of the states.

And speaking of low marks, we knew the numbers were low, but now that the final counts are in, this last election officially had the worst voter turnout in Indiana history. We’ll talk to Secretary of State, Connie Lawson, about some of the ideas which might turn this around.

As part of our collaboration with NPR and six other public radio stations, tomorrow we’ll reach out to Texas Public Radio to take a look at some new ideas for creating prosthetic s for wounded servicemen.
