Rain, Snow, Then Arctic Cold, in Time for Christmas

Though computer models vary about the chances for snow and rain in the Region, the National Weather Service, and meteorologist Matt Wintz, forecast rain first, then snow Sunday, for the start of Christmas week and its related travel.  He says frigid temperatures arrive early next week, leading to a likelihood of a white Christmas in his weather forecast.
