Prison Populations Tough To Control Both Locally And Around Country

We look at ways to control the rising number of inmates. Porter County just opened the third wing of its jail – and it was immediately full. We talk to Sheriff David Lain.

New research shows that supervising inmates after they leave prison, helps keep them out of prison. But supervised release is on the decline in the US. We find out why.
