Hecht – To be able to diagnose with electronic means… great opportunity to take care of the patient here.

One of the first units to benefit from the partnership will be Porter’s Cancer Care Center.

Nalli Their oncology program is top in the nation… work in fighting cancer.

Hecht – You’ll actually be able to conduct clinical trials here… study nurse here.

Nalli says the main goal of the affiliation is to increase communication between doctors at both facilities in order to help patients.

Nalli – I think we all learned as healthcare evolved, the more we communicate, the better care our patient is going to receive.

Nalli says the partnership officially took effect last month and patients will begin benefiting from the affiliation immediately.
