LONDON (AP) — The unrest in Ukraine has forced the International Tennis Federation to move the Davis Cup playoff between Ukraine and Belgium to a neutral venue in Estonia. The ITF says the best-of-five World Group playoff series will take place Sept. 12-14.

The series had been originally scheduled for Kiev, but Belgium appealed for the venue to be moved.
