NWI Businesswoman To Try For World’s Record
July 26, 2013 — A Northwest Indiana businesswoman will be competing in three national contests next month in Nashville, Tennessee – including a world record attempt.
Voice to Print Captioning LLC president Kathy Cortopassi is one of only five people invited to set a Guinness Book of World Records record for “Fastest Court Reporter” during the National Court Reporters Association annual convention beginning August 7th. She’ll also participate in an accuracy contest.
Kathy’s work with Voice to Print Captioning’s led her to caption a mock Congressional hearing for high school students in South Bend. Kathy’s business is located in the Purdue Technology Center in Crown Point.
