Tom’s Guest: Drummer/Book Author/Band Archivist MARKY RAMONE of The Ramones

Influential and groundbreaking classic punk rocker MARKY RAMONE chats about his colorful life as depicted in his new book, “PUNK ROCK BLITZKRIEG: My Life As A Ramone,” during his guest spot on “A Look At The Arts with Tom Lounges.”

Selected songs from the Ramones catalog will be featured during the interview, along with a rare tune from drummer Marky’s pre-Ramones groups DUST and a classic punk anthem recorded during Marky’s  time with RICHARD HELL & THE VOIDIODS.

“PUNK ROCK BLITZKRIEG: My Life As A Ramone” and this program with Marky shines a light not only on MARKY RAMONE and THE RAMONES, but also on the whole Punk Rock scene of the late 1970s and the important role the club CBGB‘s played in punk rock explosion.
