Mount Baldy’s Voids Are Still A Mystery

August 26, 2013 — Mount Baldy is the star attraction of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, but it remains closed indefinitely while the National Park Service tried to find the cause of voids in the 125-foot-high sand dune.  So far, the phenemenon has scientists stumped.  The Lakeshore’s Steve Walsh reports.
