Miami looks to rebound from Game 1 loss at Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The two-time defending NBA champs got knocked down and knocked around in Game 1.

Now Miami must find solutions before Tuesday night — or fall into a 2-0 deficit in the Eastern Conference finals.

For the Pacers, it’s a rare opportunity to take control of the series. It’s the first time they’ve won Game 1 in this playoff run. That’s something the Pacers couldn’t do against the Heat last year or in 2012.

But perhaps no team in the league knows better about digging out of an early deficit than the Heat. They trailed 1-0 in last year’s NBA Finals before winning the title.

So, of course, the Pacers are preparing for a steady dose of LeBron James in Game 2.
