Merrillville’s Monosol Earns P&G Award
November 8, 2013 — Merrillville-based MonoSol LLC is a 2013 recipient of Procter & Gamble’s honor as “External Business Partner of the Year.”
Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) recognized MonoSol, a Kuraray Company, at a recent annual external business partner event in Cincinnati, Ohio.
MonoSol, as a world leader in water-soluble delivery systems, was one of only fifteen external partners out of 82,000 suppliers that received the highest honor of being named “External Business Partner of the Year.”
MonoSol President and CEO P. Scott Bening says, “We are extraordinarily pleased that the MonoSol team was recognized by P&G for delivering innovative value creating solutions. MonoSol is dedicated to further innovation and growth in the MonoDose® soluble delivery system arena. These are exciting times for MonoSol and Kuraray.”
MonoSol has received the Supplier Excellence Award, recognizing MonoSol as one of the top Chemical & Ingredient Suppliers to P&G, for three consecutive years, an award extended to fewer than 80 external partners this year.
P&G’s Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer A.G. Lafley said, “For P&G, the primary drivers of growth and value creation are innovation and productivity. P&G’s external business partners help us deliver both, creating value for consumers, customers and shareholders alike.”
