Marktown Residents Fight to Save Historic Homes

May 16, 2014 — First built to house factory workers nearly a century ago, abandoned homes and blighted buildings now dot one unique Northwest Indiana community. Marktown, Indiana, with its old world architecture, sits in the shadow of the BP Whiting refinery.
