Lakeshore Public Television to Air The Whitney Reynolds Show

MERRILLVILLE— Chicago talk show host Whitney Reynolds is coming to Lakeshore Public Television starting Monday, April 6, 2015.

The Whitney Reynolds Show has been seen in the Chicago market and the Quad Cities for the past two years and will now air twice a week on Lakeshore Public Television with an evening time slot of 6:30 PM CST on Mondays and a re-airing Sunday’s at 10:30 AM CST.

The Whitney Reynolds Show is proactive in engaging audiences with thought-provoking topics that make an impact. The half-hour talk show breaks down real-life issues and concerns one topic at a time while she helps educate, motivate and inspire her audiences.

“Our partnership with Lakeshore Public Television furthers the missions of both organizations, to impact the community and reach more viewers. I’m thrilled to be working with such great people and a station with a fabulous reputation”, Reynolds says.

What originally began as an online talk show, the momentum for The Whitney Reynolds Show grew to airing on NBC Chicago every Saturday within its first year. In 2012, the show incurred strategic changes to facilitate the growth, which included a move to WTTW in Chicago and WQPT in the Quad Cities. Additionally, Whitney weighs in on 103.5 KISS FM; an iheartradio network station with a segment titled, Whitney’s Women, which highlights rockstar women who are giving back to the community.

Reynolds will also be featured on the cover of the April issue of The Lakeshore Public Media Program Guide to promote the show and highlight her purpose and mission.

Reynolds is a native of Oklahoma and graduated from Baylor University in three years. After graduation, she embarked to New York to intern at Good Morning America.
