Setpember 18, 2013 — A professor from Indiana University Northwest says the State of Indiana could be losing money due to its decision not to expand Medicaid in light of the passage of the Affordable Care Act.

Samuel Flint is Associate Director of the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IUN.
