David started his career in the financial services industry in 1989 and worked as a small cap stock analyst before moving on to trading derivatives on Wall Street. In 1993 David started one of the first Pension Consulting firms assisting public and private pension plans implement Liability Driven Investment (LDI) strategies. In 1995 Mr. Park created and managed a private equity fund for a family office focused on the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Financial Services, Technology, and Pension Record-keeping industry. During that period Mr. Park help establish and manage one of the first open architecture record-keeping firms in the country helping it grow to over $6 Billion in assets from $20 Million before selling it to a Private Equity group in 2004. David is currently the Chairman for Austin Capital Corporate Holdings, LLC, and CEO and Founder of Austin Capital Trust Company, LLC, a multi-state retail trust company regulated by the banking division of the State of Nevada. Mr. Park is a regional board member of the American Heart Association. He has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Job Creators Alliance, a non-partisan organization of large business entrepreneurs against government policies impacting American jobs.
Richard J. Milton
MainStreet Advisors, Managing Director
Rick Milton is one of the founding partners of MainStreet Advisors. MainStreet Advisors, based in Chicago, manages just under $3 billion dollars in assets for close to 80 community bank trust departments around the country. Centier Bank has had a relationship with MainStreet since 2004.
As a Managing Director, Rick is chairman of MainStreet’s investment committee. His responsibilities also include relationship management and portfolio management.
Prior to joining MainStreet Advisors, Rick served as a Portfolio Manager at Feldman Securities Group where he was responsible for the management of individual and institutional portfolios. Mr. Milton began his career at American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago as an Investment Officer. Later, he joined KPMG LLP as a Senior Analyst in the Private Equity Valuation Group.
He holds his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. He holds his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Iowa.
