Indiana Debates The Death Penalty

June 27, 2013 – In 1985, Paula Cooper of Gary was the youngest person on death row in the United States. A week after she was released from an Indiana prison, a panel, which included State Sen. Earline Rogers, Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller and Lake County Prosecutor Bernard Carter discussed the evolution of the death penalty in Indiana with host Steve Walsh.
