Hobart High School Partners with Medical Center
October 29, 2013 — A local high school is partnering with a nearby hospital to provide students medical care that goes beyond the traditional nurse’s office.
The School City of Hobart has teamed up with St. Mary Medical Center to create the Brickie Community Health Clinic. The clinic, located inside Hobart High School, will offer basic primary care to students and employees of the Hobart school system.
Officials from St. Mary’s say the clinic also will provide education and preventative medical services. Students and staff will also be able to register for services such as sports, physicals, and vaccinations.
